Why is Bookhabit great for readers?

The Bookhabit website aims to foster our love of books and support the creative process. For you as a reader, we aim to offer new and different experiences; and we aim to provide a forum for interaction among the dynamic community of readers and writers.

The world of unpublished writing is vastly larger and richer than that of the published. The publishers mine it to find their gems, but it is also a world that you, as a reader, can now mine yourself online. In it you may find the next bestseller, the obscure and unexpected, the new style or flavor, the new subject. In this online world you can research your passions, and access books on topics that are too niche-specific for mainstream publication. Finding the gem is a brilliant reward, but searching through the dross can be fun too. There is a lot of raw talent out there, and a lot of people who believe they can write. Both need readers – an audience, and feedback, to encourage, refine, and support their efforts, or to provide the odd reality check. As a reader on this website you can support the creative process and give writers an audience.

We also want to bring you the story behind the story – check out our “The Bookhabit Show” podcasts which you can download free of charge. You may also notice a Podcast icon on some books. If you see the icon you can listen to the interview with that writer.

Check out our latest books or create an account to start your habit.
