 The Mobius Twist

The Mobius Twist is speculative science fiction, with a plitico/social content, set in New Zealand.
During a kayaking holiday, on the beautiful Hauraki Gulf, a group of friends take shelter in an old tunnel. It proves to be ancient and disused, but they get a sense of recent occupancy. Subtle forces gide them to a strange vehicle, which delivers them to a site of low gravity. The moon? A small humanoid awaits them. A Zerkzes.

A mobius loop is an odd form, with less than normal dimensions. Could it contain a convenient means for travel between planets?
Were "the sons of God" mentioned in Genesis:6.2; extra-terrestrials bent on hastening human evolution, by genetic intervention?

Dramatic opening chapter and author displays very good descriptive ability.
